This ensures tax and legal interventions and services as the client’s sole interlocutor, across diverse geographical areas.
Peter Steimle
Founder and senior managing director, lic. oec. HSG, former CEO of a major Swiss consulting group. With a degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen, Peter has been assisting a diverse Swiss and international clientele for more than 30 years as a tax and legal advisor. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association and the International Tax Planning Association, and has served for many years as chairman of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce for canton Ticino and as British Honorary Consul. Peter has been a speaker at numerous seminars and conferences in Switzerland and abroad.
Beatrice Zibelli
Deputy managing director, Beatrice holds the Swiss Federal Fiduciary Certificate issued by the Chamber of Trustees of Zurich (2000) and also the cantonal (Ticino) Fiduciary License. As she is ‘Swiss born and bred’, Beatrice has extensive knowledge and experience of all Swiss issues, limited not only to the tax world. Thanks to her long-standing professional experience in management of Swiss and international corporate and fiscal mandates, and her perfect knowledge of Italian, German, French and English, Beatrice provides efficient and effective advisory and managerial services to our national and international clients.
Serena Bonfanti
Serena, vice director, graduated in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University Milan. In 2011, she obtained her Master’s in Advanced Studies in Tax Law from SUPSI, Lugano, and holds the Cantonal (Ticino) Fiduciary License. Her training and extensive experience in the legal and corporate field, both Swiss and foreign, allow her to manage mandates that go beyond the mere Swiss tax area. Serena communicates fluently in Italian, English and French.
Donatella Cairoli
Donatella is an essential part of our team as assistant to our partners’ activities. She is responsible for the administrative management and general secretariat of the company in all the national languages and English.
Riccardo Biaggi
Chairman, lic. oec. HSG, Federal certified tax expert since 1994. He has been working for Fiduciaria Mega SA since February 1995, of which he has been Chairman as from 2013. In his 30 years of professional experience in Swiss and international taxation Riccardo advises numerous private high net worth individuals in international tax and succession planning and relocation to Switzerland. He furthermore supports entrepreneurs and companies based in Ticino as advisor and member of board of directors of operating companies, also representing shareholder’s interests and has a vast experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements. Riccardo is a member of Expert Suisse and of the International Fiscal Association and has supervised the establishment of Swiss non-profit foundations. He is also a member of the Ticino Regional Advisory Committee of the Swiss National Bank and of the Consultative Commission for Economic Innovation (COIE).
Rocco Arcidiacono
Partner, degree in business administration and Federal certified tax expert since 2000. He has been a partner and director of Fiduciaria Mega SA in Lugano since 2005. Previously, he was director of PwC’s tax and legal consulting division in Ticino. Rocco assists numerous private high net worth individuals in international tax and succession planning as well as its relocation to Switzerland. He also manages several business reorganisation and company transfer projects of groups of companies as well as for entrepreneurs and managers, with a particular focus on Swiss and international taxation. Rocco also has extensive experience in corporate governance and acts as an independent director/board member of entrepreneurial active companies. He is a member of Expert Suisse and of the International Fiscal Association.
